Jacket is too small. How can I exchange for a 4xl?

Design, material, size all good. But zipper broke on my third use.

To address fit and sizing 5X being the biggest it is snug when zipped up. I have a gut so needed some wiggle room. When used as an open jacket it is fine and that is how I am using it at the moment, more of a windbreaker than as rain gear. I have ordered the Bird of Paradise collection in 3XL thinking it would fit but I needed to get them sized up with a tailor. So, if there are plus sizes look into sizing up for comfort and flexibility.
