Ahlo's Apparel Return and Exchange Policy

Effective as of 02/23/24 Ahlo's Apparel we  implements the following return and exchange policy regarding all clothing items. By making a purchase with us, you agree to this policy.


**ALL SALES ARE FINAL**

1. All clothing sales are final. Once purchased, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we maintain a strict no-return, no-exchange policy on all clothing items once they leave our store premises or are delivered to the customer.

3. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully and get in touch with our customer service team before finalizing purchases if they have any questions or concerns regarding sizing, material, or color.

Exceptions to Policy:

- Defective or Damaged Merchandise: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify our customer support team within 5 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will either replace the defective item or offer a store credit at our discretion.

- Incorrect Item: If you receive a different item than what was ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you without additional charge.

Please note that any claims for defective or incorrect items must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.


**Final Sale Items**

All items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or receiving the incorrect item.


**Process for Handling Defective or Incorrect Items**

To address a defective or incorrect item, follow the procedure below:

2. Attach photographic evidence to support your claim.

3. Await a response from our customer service team with further instructions on the replacement or store credit process.
